Amendment 1 — Abortion & Reproductive Freedom
Permanently writes abortion into Virginia's Constitution — including an undefined mental health exception that effectively allows abortion at any stage of pregnancy based solely on one physician's opinion. Passed 64–34 / 21–18 with zero bipartisan support.

Amendment 2 — Felon Voting Rights
Automatically restores voting rights to convicted felons the moment they leave prison — even those still on active parole, still under court supervision. Eliminates the governor's case-by-case restoration process permanently. Passed 65–33 / 21–18.

Amendment 3 — Marriage, Faith & Civil Liberties
Writes same-sex marriage into Virginia's Constitution with no religious exemptions. Courts will use this provision to override religious freedom defenses permanently. Virginia's Values Act already fines faith-based businesses $50,000–$100,000 for declining. Passed 67–31 / 26–13.
